ICBOO (Inverness Companion Breeder Of Oodles) is a registered NCPI #9002946 member of companion pets for Oodles our breeding program consists of Shoodles (Shih Tzu x Toy Poodle) & Shmoodles (Shih Tzu x Maltese x Toy Poodle) Our dogs make great companions, have amazing personalities and temperaments and are well-adjusted and socialised, and also make excellent therapy dogs. All of our puppies have been breed to be companionship pets only, they will not be sold for breeding purposes and this agreement is part of paperwork for all new adoptive owners to acknowledge. Behaviour and socialisation At ICBOO raise all the puppies around adults, children of various ages which consists of teens, young and older adults. The older dogs assist in guiding and socialising the youngsters as they grown for they are a pack animal and they “learn best from the pack”, every canine and pup is treated as a loved, cherished, pampered companion pet. The ICBOO team lay a strong foundation of basic training in the puppies, we train them to listen to commands such as sit, stay and wait, this is all done using positive reinforcements - treat based training. We do short lead training sessions as they get older and toileting is continual. Personality testing is completed in day 49 for rehoming suitability guide. Health Each one of ICBOO parents are Orivet DNA tested completed and I do provide electronic copies of this to the adoptive owners. My Dams and Sires are regular groomed, vet checked, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped. As a ICBOO puppy each one receives 12point vet health clearance check, 1st and or 2nd vaccinations, microchipped, wormed and have their own vet passport before being adopted. The pups duet is varies is portion calorie controlled and consists of either turkey mince, beef, chicken, egg, veggies, dog gravy, rice and specialty formulated puppy biscuits. If required supplements are added to provide appropriate vitamins and minerals to complete a well balanced diet. Home environment The whelping box is set up inside whelping facility with puppy pen surrounding to provide privacy and security for mum and puppies. Also this helps me keep close watch over mum & pups in a temperature controlled environment as well. Waitlist is recommended & we are happy to new owners to come visit after 1st vaccinations at 6 weeks however regular updates photos, videos & face time can occur from birth. Our breeder philosophy is to raise stable, happy, affectionate companion pets that will adjust easily & readily into your home.
