Land next to old dog pound, bounded by Vale Creek, Russell Street and 35 Russell Street. Bathurst Regional Council recognises that some dogs needed more exercise than others. As a result Council has declared 11 sites for use as off-leash dog exercise areas.

This is a small un-fenced park which is basically just a grassed depression. Doesn’t have any seating, water or other facilities and there seemed to be a fair bit of rubbish around. Bathurst has some better parks close by.
