Located between Le Fevre Road and Robe Terrace, a fully fenced dog park is now available to all dogs and its handlers. It’s the first enclosed dog park in the city, giving registered dog-owners a dedicated place where they can exercise and play with their pet. There are two secure sections in the park – one for smaller dogs and puppies and one for all dogs to run-free. Other key features of the park include tunnels for doggy fun, sheltered-seating, plenty of natural shade, green turf and drinking fountains.

I visited this dog park for the first time today, there was lot of friendly people and dogs. As we have a small spoodle it was nice to have the smaller dog park without large dogs running her over
I was not expecting many people as it was a thursday morning but there was about 10 people with their dogs. Some regulars which said that there is normally 20+ people there in afternoons and weekends, giving the dogs lots of opportunities to socalise with similar size dogs. They also said they were thinking of putting in lights (hopefully) see there can be access at all times for working people. It was very green with trees lining the borders with enough benches, but only downfall is there is proberlly not enough shade
