Closed road loop south of Lennox Bridge. The area has signs which outline the conditions of use and include a map of the area. The boundaries of the map are identified by green tipped markers and dog litter bins are provided at each site.

This is a favorite of ours to take our 4month old staffie cross to, though it is more like a bushwalk than an off leash area. There’s not much room to play fetch or run around in but the bush is right up against the track, so inquisitive dogs will love it.
The signage for the area is very easy to miss and the boundaries aren’t clear but the locals walk their dogs on all the paths without worrying too much.
There are no bins or bags provided (that I have seen) so please bring your own and take your dog’s messes with you.
Note that you are likely to meet other dogs, kids, bikes and joggers in this area so make sure your dog copes well with all of these.
