Logan City Council has established dog off-leash areas across the city so that you and your dog can have fun at the local park. These areas are all securely fenced, with water available for you and your dog, as well as seating and shade. Doggy-doo bins, with bags, are supplied for you to pick up after your dog.

Homestead Park is great. Easy level walk from car park to the big dog area, and a little further along the path is the small dog area. Trees separate the 2 areas so no fence fighting or barking from one area at the next as the dogs cannot see each other. Plenty of shade trees and seating, plus agility stuff for the dogs. I highly recommend this dog park. It is nice and quiet on weekdays when most people are at work and school.
