Adjacent to the Basketball Stadium Bathurst Regional Council recognises that some dogs needed more exercise than others. As a result Council has declared 11 sites for use as off-leash dog exercise areas.

Hector park is a nice place to take the dogs the only bad thing about it i would say is there is rubbish everywhere on the ground and in the creek and its not really that pleasant but apart from that its a good place to go
