No this is not fenced off .one side is open to traffic the other side in open to a train track .its only small about the size of a soccer field .it also has a kid play ground so not ideal . Looks like an after through from council .

As a local, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this park. I’ve driven past many times and have always been curious as I’ve seen other dogs and owners there. But when I finally took my dog, there were bags of trash sprawled out with some very unsavoury items spilling out onto the ground. My dog could have easily gobbled them up! It’s not closed off or fenced and the grass is hardly ever mowed, and it’s on a fairly busy road. I have to agree with Adrian, the park is a definite afterthought from the council which is a shame because it could be great with just a little care. Definitely look elsewhere!
