This is a nice large fenced areas for dogs to run around in.
Be careful if you have a very small dog as there are gaps underneath the fence at the bottom end of the oval where they can get out.
Met a very rude person here who leashed our 7 month old puppy because it wanted to play with her yapping Jack Russell. When we called out to her she just ignored us and started to walk away from us with our dog. She was very rude and I had to unclip the leash myself.
Definitely will not be going back there again, even though we have been going regularly for the last 4 months. If you have a bigger dog than a Jack Russell I would advise going somewhere else.
A good dog park, friendly regulars respectful of each other’s animals. Dogs of all sizes regularly present, almost always under good control.
The occasional owner at any park is unaware of their dog’s behaviour causing problems for others and this can cause difficulties. (E.g. Danny, above, where another owner needed to intervene and unfortunately was verbally abused for her efforts. Several others had already left the park because of Danny’s dog’s behaviour and lack of efforts to control.)
