Today was the annual Dogs’ Day Out at Lake Ginninderra in Canberra which is organised by the Department of Territory & Municipal Services. It seemed to be a very well-attended event with lots of well-behaved pooches and their owners.

The Dog’s Breakfast will be held on Saturday 25 October from 10am-2pm at the off-leash park in Amy Ackman St, Forde, ACT.
There will be a BBQ, veterinarian talks and displays from local pet shops. Plus, there’ll be a jumping castle and face painting for the pups.

An estimated 10,000 people and 4,500 – 5,000 dogs turned out for the Canberra Million Paws Walk today. The weather fined up nicely (although the recent rain meant that there were lots of muddy paws!).
Clare & Jason had a great time watching all the dogs (especially the flyball competition).
