Thanks to Doggo user Jeremy for providing these details:

A great place to take the dog and the whole family, with the grounds maintained by the nearby Ivanhoe Grammar School, there are sometimes school events during the day. The most popular time to walk dogs is either in the morning (8am-9am) or evening (4pm-dusk), and your pooch will have plenty of other dogs to play with! Owners here are friendly and respectful of other people and their dogs. The park is very large and off lead, however the walking tracks are on lead (or off if your dog will stay on the walkway). Taps are provided, however there are no drinking bowls.
