Blueys Beach
Dogs are permitted off-leash on the area of the beach south of the carpark opp. Ampat Pl between 5am-9am and 5pm-8pm. Dogs are permitted on-leash on the northern part of the beach between 5am-9am and 5pm-8pm.
One Mile Beach
Off-leash area extends from Bennetts Head to Strand St. Dogs permitted off-leash between 5am-9am and 5pm-8pm only. Dogs are permitted on-leash on the beach south of Strand St between 5am-9am and 5pm-8pm only.
South Cabarita Beach
Off-lead area extends from 200m south of Norries Headland to a point one kilometre north of Cudgera Creek.
Caswell Reserve
Only the beach area is off-lead. Dogs must be on-lead in the vegetated area.
Boomerang Park
Boomerang Park has on-lead and off-lead areas. The off-lead area is in the north-eastern portion of the part (at the end of Kangaroo St).
Foreshore Reserve
The off-lead portion of the reserve extends between Marine Drive and Cambridge Ave. Other parts of the reserve are on-lead only.
Aliceton Reserve
Dogs are allowed off-lead in the eastern part of the reserve only.
Bangalee Reserve
Off-lead area limited to the vegetated (parkland) south-eastern portion.
Wheeler Park
Located between Wheeler Street and Leichhardt Street.
Blackhead Beach
Dogs are permitted unleashed between 7pm and 8am. At all other times dogs must be constrained by a leash. Dogs are prohibited at all times from areas designated by signage at 200 metre intervals and/or 100 metres either side of surf patrols at Blackhead Beach.
Bagnalls Beach Reserve
Doggo user Andrew has provided the following helpful info/tips: There’s a car park entrance near the roundabout of Sandy Point Road and Bagnalls Beach Road. St. Thomas’ Rest Park
This is the largest park in the densely populated Crows Nest area. Dogs are welcome, however they are not permitted within 10m of the playground. On-street parking is available in surrounding streets
Moore Reserve

Tyndall Beach
The off-lead area begins at the end of the car park at the bottom of Tyndall Road. Access can also be gained via the footbridge across Browns River at the end of Osborne Esplanade.

Millington Reserve

Anderson Reserve

Also known locally as Hayden Place Park. Sir Joseph Banks Park site is a more contemporary design with a fenced enclosure and amenities for dogs and their carers.
